What to write about

• A conversion that came out wrong, or a file that would not open.
• A bug in the page, or something that looks like one.
• Questions about the converter, the supported formats, or the MIDI files it produces.
• Questions about the privacy policy, or about advertising on this site.

What we cannot help with

We cannot look at your audio file, because it is never uploaded — it is processed only in your own browser. If a conversion is going wrong, describing the source (a solo recording, a full mix, a noisy phone recording) and the settings you used is usually enough to point at the cause.
